THIS PRESTIGIOUS FAIR is celebrating its 44th anniversary in 2008.

Held annually in Buxton's Pavilion Gardens it is one of the UK's longest established dateline fairs and maintains a deserved reputation for offering items of the highest quality.

The Buxton Antiques Fair adopts a policy of offering visitors fully vetted and datelined antiques and works of art. This ensures that all items are authenticated and fall within the datelines set for the fair.

The Standards Panel maintains the Fair's reputation for high quality throughout and collectors and first time buyers can be assured that the event offers an outstanding range of carefully selected items from fine art to furniture and ceramics to silver and virtually everything in between.
